A: We utilize time tested styrofoam-insulated cardboard boxes, and include a free heat or ice pack, depending on the weather conditions at the destination. Animal orders are shipped via overnight delivery service, and tracking numbers are promptly e-mailed in the late afternoon on the day of shipment.
